Workforce Operations Assistant

Garcia Roofing is hiring a Workforce Operations Assistant to support our Workforce Department and remote team with hands-on, day-to-day tasks. This entry-level role is perfect for someone dependable, bilingual (English/Spanish preferred), and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors. You’ll help with fleet upkeep, light repairs, errands, and organization—serving as the on-site support our remote team can count on.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with fleet duties: driving, cleaning, inspections, and minor repairs (tires, batteries, camera installs).
• Maintain and organize inventory (tools, uniforms, equipment).
• Deliver or pick up small items as needed.
• Help set up devices (phones, tablets, GPS units).
• Keep warehouse and storage areas clean and orderly.
• Update records and logs using Google Sheets.
• Support the Workforce Manager with general errands and field tasks.

Requirements

• Valid Louisiana Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, Excel, email).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors comfortably.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Reliable, organized, and proactive.

Work Environment

Work varies week to week—some days indoors (office, warehouse, data entry), other days outdoors (vehicle inspections, deliveries, light repairs).
