About Us

Weissman Law is a fast-growing legal practice dedicated to delivering high-quality client service and efficient operations. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant / Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and help streamline daily tasks in a fully remote environment.


Responsibilities



  • Manage and organize emails, calendars, and scheduling of meetings.
  • Prepare and proofread documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Conduct online research and compile information as needed.
  • Assist with client communication and follow-ups in a professional manner.
  • Maintain digital filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as assigned.


Qualifications



  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a legal environment is a plus but not required.
