We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound social channels. The Social Media Manager's responsibilities include creating/scheduling social media feeds, executing culinary photo/video shoots, tracking and analyzing the performance/growth of their managed channels, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with social media management specifically within restaurants/hospitality. Be able to conceptualize creative ideas and effectively bring them to the life on social media. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through social media.


Job Duties


- Manage and maintain restaurant social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, LinkedIn)

- Plan and execute culinary photo & video shoots.

- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth planning and execution of content shoots.

- Schedule, Execute, and conduct all Photography / Videography Shoots weekly with the Senior Social Media Manager.

- Oversee community management for designated channels

- Create and post weekly social assets daily

- Deploy successful social media campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.

- Produce and deliver content that can be used across multi-channels

- Work hand in hand with Digital Marketing Manager for all content-related needs for advertising campaigns.

- Forward-thinker on all important dates throughout the year in Local Market. i.e. holidays, Events, Sporting Events.

- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, influencers, agencies, and vendors.

- Oversee and work weekly with direct supervisor i.e. Senior Social Media Manager for all graphic, feed, and asset requirements.

- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

- Working odd hours throughout the year i.e. holidays, Festivals, Pop Up Events, and other locally driven events.

- Effective Team Player & Collaborator.

- Brainstorm and conduct think-tank sessions to drive new and develop new revenue streams.


Requirements:


- Proven work history in Social Media Manager related role in Hospitality & Entertainment.

- Must be able to work night and weekend events in high-energy venues.

- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.

- Previous experience conducting and managing restaurant photoshoots

- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.

- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.
