Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our executive team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the executive team's calendars and schedule appointments and meetings

- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the executive team

- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

- Conduct research and gather information as needed

- Assist with the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents

- Create and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital

- Answer and screen phone calls and respond to emails

- Greet and assist visitors to the office

- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow

- Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

- 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Discretion and confidentiality

- Knowledge of sports industry is a plus
