Logistics Assistant (Amazon FBA & ERP Transition)
Location: Remote (Must align with London & Canadian time zones)
Salary: $1,800 - $3,000/month 

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our supply chain operations, particularly in managing Amazon FBA, stock control, and inter-team coordination. In the next 2-3 months, the company will transition to an ERP system (likely Unleashed), shifting responsibilities from manual data entry to data ownership and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Amazon FBA Management – Oversee shipments, stock levels, and marketplace compliance.
• Inventory & Stock Control – Maintain accuracy across multiple platforms.
• ERP Implementation Support – Adapt workflows and ensure data integrity.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with supply chain, finance, and operations teams.
• Data Accuracy & Reporting – Ensure clean data input and reporting for decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience in Amazon FBA operations or e-commerce logistics.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Comfortable with ERP systems (experience with Unleashed is a plus).
• Ability to work across London (9 AM - 6 PM) and Canadian (2 PM - 10 PM London time) business hours.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
