About the Role

We’re hiring a personable, emotionally intelligent Acquisition Specialist to connect with older U.S.-based property owners (primarily males aged 60–85) to explore real estate acquisition opportunities. This is not your average cold-calling role — success here comes from sounding natural, building rapport quickly, and communicating with cultural nuance and warmth.

You’ll play a critical role in identifying potential property sellers, conducting initial outreach, and developing authentic conversations that lead to qualified acquisition opportunities. A commission structure is in place to reward strong performance and closed deals.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to property owners and engage in genuine, conversational outreach (not robotic scripts).
  • Build trust and rapport with older U.S. property owners through clear, warm, and personable communication.
  • Understand seller motivations and gather relevant property and personal details.
  • Set follow-up meetings or pass qualified leads to acquisition managers.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular updates on outreach progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach tone and approach.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Ideal Candidate

  • Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written — clear, friendly, and easy to understand.
  • Warm, personable, and culturally aware — you should come across like someone’s favorite nephew or niece.
  • Able to build rapport quickly with senior U.S. property owners (ages 60–85), often through unscripted, relatable conversation.
  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or outbound calling is a strong advantage, but attitude and vibe will outweigh a traditional CV.
  • Emotionally intelligent, patient, and able to pick up on subtle cues and tone in conversation.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and open to feedback.
  • Comfortable working U.S. time zones.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $1,000–$1,600/month (depending on experience and location)
