Ledgebrook is seeking an Operations Support & Executive Assistant to join our growing team and support day-to-day operational activities. Our mission is to deliver solutions efficiently and with a strong focus on quality and process improvement, meeting the expectations of both our partners and internal teams.
- Assist in managing calendars and maintaining the AVP’s schedule balance between meetings and other commitments
- Support the organization of interviews and follow-up on offers
- Handle IT logistics, such as ordering laptops and coordinating shipments
- Organize welcome packages and coordinate onboarding schedules with UA - Technical Lead
- Prepare meeting minutes from sessions with the AVP and Operations team
- Manage co-working space bookings and other office logistics
- Plan and coordinate Operations team events, as well as restaurant and entertainment arrangements
- Assist with travel bookings and maintain agendas for business trips

- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle diverse operational and administrative responsibilities
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with leadership, colleagues, and external partners
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and manage shifting priorities
- Experience with office software (MS Office / Google Workspace) and collaboration tools
