About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and capable of managing a wide range of tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing excellent internal and external service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism.
  • Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents—both physical and digital.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and ordering processes.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks, data entry, and project-related activities.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and shipments.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Basic understanding of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
