Commercial Lines Account Executive/Assistant

Job Summary

Seeking two dedicated and experienced professionals to join a team as Commercial Lines Account Executive and Commercial Lines Assistant. These roles are integral to supporting the growth of a Commercial Lines book of business and ensuring exceptional service to the clients. The ideal candidates will thrive in a collaborative and employee-focused environment with a strong emphasis on longevity and professional development.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Benefits: Comprehensive individual-friendly benefits package with no family contribution required
  • 401(k): Available after 90 days with a 4% company match

Responsibilities

Commercial Lines Account Executive (CLAE):

  • Provide end-to-end servicing of small to mid-market commercial lines accounts, including Auto, BOPs, General Liability, Workers Compensation, and more.
  • Manage accounts with premiums averaging $25,000 and up to $200,000.
  • Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
  • Engage in cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand client portfolios.

Commercial Lines Assistant (CLA):

  • Support Account Managers with backend tasks, including processing endorsements, issuing auto ID cards, binding policies, and assisting with special projects.
  • Collaborate with 2-3 full-desk Account Managers to ensure seamless client service.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

Commercial Lines Account Executive (CLAE):

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an agency setting (open to candidates with captive experience).
  • Proficiency in Applied EPIC and EZ Lynx software is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of small to mid-market commercial lines accounts.

Commercial Lines Assistant (CLA):

  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license is not required but must be obtained after hire.
  • Prior experience in an agency setting is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with Applied EPIC and EZ Lynx software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
