POSITION: The Assistant Sales Manager is a dynamic, high-energy sales and operations role. You will support the Studio Manager in driving membership sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring a premium in-studio experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a people-first, goal-driven environment and is passionate about health, wellness, and helping others.
1–2 years experience as a telemarketer, customer service, or call center environment
Proven ability sales calls metrics
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with CRM lead management and POS technology: Canva, Microsoft office, Google Suite, digital calendar technology
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends ( preferred time 9-1 and 4-7pm weekdays, weekend times vary)
Hourly pay + commission and bonuses
