QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma/GED.
- Proficient in applied technology (Google Suite, Adobe, Microsoft Suite).
- Self-motivated with attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize necessary actions on
diverse projects.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, verbal and written.
- Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in general office management procedures.
- Knowledge of school district organization, operations and administrative policies, procedures and
business practices preferred
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
230 days
SALARY/PAYGRADE:
$36,562/CP-6
Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the 2025-2026 school year.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate schedules for key stakeholders in the Virtual Pathways program
- Accurately produce documents, presentation materials, correspondence and department reports.
- Maintain accurate budgets and records and process purchase orders and transfers.
- Schedule appointments and arrange meetings and trainings.
- Maintain accurate records
- Represent the district in a favorable manner to parents, community members, district personnel,
vendors, and others
- Assist with marketing and outreach for the Virtual Pathways program
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Maintain emotional control under stress; tolerate moderate noise levels, work with frequent interruptions. Prolonged use of the computer; repetitive hand motions.
